I had a wonderful first-time experience here today. I love the concept: Craft cocktails vinyl record shop. The signature craft cocktails are exquisitely made, and as of November 2020, most appear to be of the tiki variety. Be sure to check out the chalkboard for special drinks not in the standard menu. My favorite was served in a coconut milk can, and it’s called a Bali Hai... lots of tropical flavors and yet, quite boozy, but well balanced. I thought the house-made popcorn varieties were delicious. The ambiance is nice, and we were able to sit outdoors on a 70 degree afternoon in November. You can’t beat that. Next time I’ll grab an ice cream cocktail. Check it out, you’ll love it.
Fantastic spot for chill cocktail! Atmosphere is wonderful and relaxing for a drink in the evening! People are fantastic, ask Andy for a cocktail-will sling you a new favorite!
Cocktail (Old Fashioned) was delicious. Smaller craft beer selection but, nice variety. Chill atmosphere and really cool, old beer signs.
The bartenders here are super sweet and attentive. The drinks are good, reasonably priced, and have tons of variety. There’s not a ton of seating, but if you can grab a table it’s very easy to spend a few hours here.
Holy smokes the Wax Bar is a great place. It seemed rather busy when we went, and we had just had dinner Bellflower and thought we would try out the Wax Bar. We were lucky that the people standing at the bar ordering dropped the ball, and didn't want to sit atan empty chair, and then moments later, the couple next to the chair left, so I sat in one of those! Cocktails are made expertly, and deliciously. Super cool vibe, simple menu, but exotic flavors. We will be back!
Haven't been in here for a very very long time, since before it was Wax and that was big mistake! This place is great. The vibe is comfortable and inviting, the bartenders are skilled and pleasant, and it was clean. I will for sure be back and will be recommending to friends!
Always have had a good experience at this bar. Bartenders are super friendly and the tiki cocktails are tasty, well-crafted, and beautifully decorated. Atmosphere is also unique as the bar is inside a record shop. Highly recommend!
Andy and Morgan both did a wonderful job, the atmosphere of this place is absolutely gorgeous, a blend of shadowy bellow and old lighted signs. standard Pina Colada is absolutely incredible. Will be coming back.
